Self-rescue Breathing Apparatus





• Overall Requirements:
• A chemical oxygen self-rescue breathing apparatus that is fully isolated and self-contained, offering long protection time, not dependent on external oxygen concentration or toxic gas types, can be used in toxic or enclosed environments.
• Complies with XF411-2003 “Chemical Oxygen Self-rescue Breathing Apparatus” standards, with a type test report issued by the National Fire Equipment Quality Supervision and Inspection Center.
• Reusable hard full-isolation mask, replaceable oxygen canister and airbag.
• Technical Requirements:
• Reusable full-isolation mask, quick replacement with the oxygen system; oxygen canister located outside the airbag.
• Rated protection time: 30 minutes, weight: ≤1300g.
• Fire-resistant and heat-insulating mask materials, inhalation temperature ≤35°C during protection.
• Oxygen concentration >17% in the first 2 minutes, and ≥21% for the remaining protection time; maximum CO2 concentration ≤3%, average not exceeding 1.5%.
• Inhalation resistance: ≤150Pa, exhalation resistance: ≤550Pa.
• Full-isolation mask with fog removal device for effective defogging.
• Eye area leakage coefficient ≤5%.
• Breathing area leakage coefficient ≤1%.
• Includes a Chinese manual with equipment introduction, usage notes, and maintenance details.
