• Fireproof Suit:
• Color: The color of the forest fire suit is orange-red, in line with international standard Pantone color card, color code: 16-1462TPX, color difference ΔE < 3.5. The overall style must meet GB/33536-2017 standards.
• Fabric material: Permanent flame-retardant high-strength aramid fiber fabric.
• The fire-resistant, heat-insulating properties after 50 washes: continue to flame ≤ 0s, smoldering ≤ 0s.
• Fabric damage length: longitudinal ≤ 42mm, transverse ≤ 34mm; TPP ≥ 333 kW.s/m².
• Fabric tensile strength: longitudinal ≥ 1485N, transverse ≥ 1117N.
• Tear strength: longitudinal ≥ 254N, transverse ≥ 122N.
• The weight per unit area of the fire suit: ≤197g/m², formaldehyde content ≤53mg/kg; PH value: 6.3.
• Overall thermal stability: longitudinal size change rate ≤ 1%, transverse size change rate ≤ 1%.
• After 50 washes, size change rate: longitudinal shrinkage ≤ 0.8%, transverse shrinkage ≤ 1.1%.
• After 50 washes, color fastness: light resistance ≥ 4, wash resistance ≥ 4, water resistance ≥ 4, sweat resistance ≥ 4, wet rubbing ≥ 4.
• Reflective strips: must use flame-retardant reflective strips, with reverse reflection coefficient meeting GB 20653-2006 requirements. Thermal stability at (260℃±5): No carbonization or peeling after 5 minutes of heat stability.
• Sewing thread: flame-retardant single thread strength ≥ 10.3N, with no melting or charring after 5 minutes of heat stability at (260℃±5).
