A new type of environmentally friendly composite material that can replace plastic and paper products with limestone as the main raw material.
--Key Features of Plastic Alternatives:
Reduces the use of petroleum-based plastics and lowers CO2 emissions. Can be manufactured using existing molding machines and does not require special equipment. Can be recycled efficiently compared to petroleum-based plastics. When plastics are recycled repeatedly, their physical properties deteriorate. However, because of our proprietary blending and mixing technology, it is possible to realize molding with almost the same physical properties as the original pellets.
Key Features of  Paper Replacement
The products are produced with virtually no water or wood, conserving precious natural resources. High water resistance and durability. Used film can be recycled to produce plastic alternatives.
--Technical features and advancements
The inorganic mineral filling of this composite is more than 50% w/w. The inorganic filler contains calcium carbonate and other minerals, while the other components mainly contain thermoplastic resins, as well as various additives. Compared with similar products made by other companies, the inorganic content has been greatly increased, i.e., the use of petroleum-based resins has been reduced, thus realizing the goal of reducing plasticity and lowering carbon emissions. Some similar companies are able to produce composite materials containing about 20% calcium carbonate, but they are not able to produce end products (such as bags, films, food containers, etc.) that contain more than 50% calcium carbonate and other inorganic materials. Nowadays, the only material that can satisfy the physical properties required by customers and replace plastic raw materials is the new material with more than 50% inorganic content realized by our unique innovative technology, which has been selected as a TOP 20 at the Zhongguancun International Technology Conference.
--The new material has been commercialized.
With two production plants in Japan, the production scale can reach 29,000 tons per year. Since we have successfully developed a formulation method that can be manufactured anywhere in the world, we have been able to utilize limestone, which can be commonly mined anywhere in the world, and realize a highly efficient regional recycling model of “local production, local consumption” by popularizing it as a substitute for paper and plastics. Limestone, the main raw material, is abundantly available around the world, and is a mineral resource that can be obtained at low cost and molded using existing machinery and manufacturing methods. It can be molded using existing machinery and manufacturing methods, and is already being produced by Vietnamese manufacturers using existing equipment.
