Fuji Electric began research and development of fuel cells in the 1960s, of which phosphoric acid fuel cells were the first to be commercialized, and are sold in the U.S.A., Germany, France, Korea and other countries. The fuel cell power generation system has been in operation for 20 years and has a track record of more than 100,000 hours of accumulated operation time. The new stationary hydrogen fuel cell power generation system, utilizing the past experience of phosphoric acid fuel cells, can be operated continuously (24 hours, 365 days) to ensure the system life (more than 10 years), and can be combined with multiple fuel cells to flexibly correspond to different power generation capacities (100KW to megawatt level). It can realize the green power generation system with cogeneration and zero emission. Using multiple FCV modules with rated output power of 60KW, the output power is always guaranteed to be 120KW, and multiple units can be operated with instantaneous startup (40 seconds) and a continuous operation target of 10 years. Individual modules are operated under light loads to extend their life. In order to further extend the service life, multiple modules are operated alternately with each other by stopping and starting (our insight). The output is maintained at 120kW during this period, and even if half of the modules are damaged, the output is maintained at 120kW, and after automatic stopping (for safety), the damaged modules can be simply replaced. Exchange time is about half a day.
