Biomass molded fuel utilizes agricultural and forestry waste as raw materials, undergoing processes such as crushing, mixing, extrusion, and drying to form various shapes (such as block-shaped, pellet-shaped, etc.) that can be directly burned.
Currently, the group has a supply capacity of 400,000 tons/year of biomass molded fuel, with raw materials mainly coming from oak, white pine, Chinese fir, or other mixed wood. Biomass pellet molded fuel is primarily used for combustion to provide heating, steam, or combined heat and power generation, and has already been widely applied in China. Solid biomass fuel is the main type of biomass energy in Japan, with the primary growth seen in its use in the power generation and heating industries. The industrial application of solid biomass energy is quite stable, while its use in residential, commercial, and public buildings is much lower.
